I work with a variety of clients wanting to make change, including creative practitioners, business leaders and those wanting to enjoy sports and exercise more and worry about diet culture bullshit less! In addition I am keen to work with organisations or individuals who want to make positive, social-justice related impact in their communities.

No coach owns the keys to success. But what they can do is help you define what you want, understand the gap between where you are now and where you want to be and get you focused and motivated to take action.

A coach supports and challenges the coachee, enabling them to identify and clarify their own goals and develop their own plans to achieve them. The coach neither advises nor guides, focusing instead on creating a productive, focused space for the coachee to explore and pursue their own thinking. Practically, coaching takes the form of a structured conversation or coaching ‘session’ in which the coachee is encouraged to think for themselves through attentive listening, skilled questioning and sometimes exercises.
 
Coaching is ideal for personal development, overcoming ‘stuckness’, dealing with issues and challenges, increasing confidence, changing and/or developing direction.
