I work with a variety of clients wanting to make change in their lives.
Coaching is ideal for personal development, overcoming ‘stuckness’, dealing with issues and challenges, increasing confidence, changing and/or developing direction.
Practically, coaching takes the form of a structured conversation or coaching ‘session’ in which the coachee is encouraged to think for themselves through attentive listening, skilled questioning and sometimes exercises.
A coach supports and challenges the coachee, enabling them to identify and clarify their own goals and develop their own plans to achieve them. The coach neither advises nor guides, focusing instead on creating a productive, focused space for the coachee to explore and pursue their own thinking.
